GENERAL RULES FOR THE STAY
Booking and Payments
The booking is confirmed upon payment of a deposit equal to 50% of the total amount.
The balance must be paid upon arrival or according to the agreed terms (cash, bank transfer, credit card).
The tourist tax is not included in the price and must be paid separately (€1 per day per person).
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM (please inform us in case of delays).
Check-out: by 10:00 AM on the departure day.
Late check-out is available upon request and subject to availability, with a possible additional fee.
Guests and Behavior
All guests must be declared at the time of booking.
Hosting more people than the maximum accommodation capacity is not allowed.
Respectful behavior towards neighbors and property is required.
Cleaning and Maintenance
The accommodation must be left in a decent condition.
Final cleaning is included; however, the refrigerator and kitchenette must be left clean, otherwise, a deduction will be made from the security deposit.
Waste sorting is mandatory: failure to comply will result in a deduction from the security deposit.
Security Deposit
A security deposit of €500 is required, which will be refunded after check-out, provided no damages or rule violations occur.
Pets
Pets are allowed upon request, with a daily surcharge.
They must be supervised and must not cause disturbances.
Cancellation and No-show
Up to 30 days before arrival: no penalty.
Up to 7 days before arrival: the entire deposit will be retained.
No-show or early departure: the full stay will be charged.
Liability
The management is not responsible for theft or loss of personal belongings.
Any damage to the accommodation will be charged to the guests.
Safety Rules
Smoking inside the house is prohibited.
Open flames and improper use of equipment are not allowed.

Dear Guest,
The rules of our property are not limited to those established by law but are also based on common sense and mutual respect. These guidelines aim to ensure a pleasant and hassle-free stay.
1. Arrival and Check-in
Check-in is available from 4:30 PM onwards.
As there is no concierge service, it is necessary to communicate your arrival time, including any delays.
Upon arrival, all guests must present a valid ID for registration.
Personal data will be processed in compliance with current privacy regulations.
2. Key Delivery
Upon arrival, guests will receive the keys to the accommodation, which must be kept safe.
In case of loss, a penalty of €50.00 will be charged for lock replacement.
3. Departure and Check-out
The accommodation must be vacated by 10:30 AM on the departure day unless otherwise agreed.
After 11:30 AM, an additional night’s stay will be charged.
Before departure, a staff member will inspect the apartment for any damages.
Any damages must be compensated immediately.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
The confirmation deposit will only be refunded if the cancellation is communicated at least 4 weeks in advance.
In case of early departure or late arrival, no refund will be issued, and the full stay must be paid.
5. Balance Payment and Security Deposit
The total balance must be paid upon arrival.
Payment can be made in cash, by credit card, or via bank transfer (to be completed at least 5 days before arrival).
A security deposit of €500.00 is required to cover any damages. The deposit will be refunded after the accommodation has been inspected at check-out.
6. Rules and Conduct
No noise is allowed after 11:00 PM.
Avoid loud noises in the stairways, especially at night.
Do not move the furniture.
Smoking inside the house is prohibited.
Only toilet paper should be flushed down the toilet.
Parties or events are not allowed.
It is forbidden to rent the property for illegal activities.
Do not use the washing machine after 10:00 PM.
The number of guests must not exceed the amount stated in the booking.
7. Waste Sorting
Waste separation is mandatory.
The house is equipped with bins and a collection calendar.
Garbage must be placed on the terrace or in the garden and, on collection days, must be taken to the street next to the entrance.
On the day of departure, waste must be properly sorted and bagged.
Failure to comply will result in a €50.00 penalty deducted from the deposit.
8. Conditions for the Deposit Refund
The security deposit may not be refunded in the following cases:
Check-out delay beyond 11:00 AM.
Damage to furniture or apartment equipment.
More guests than stated in the booking.
9. Liability
The property is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.
Guests must lock doors and windows when leaving.
Any damage to the property must be compensated.
Guests must turn off lights, TV, air conditioning, and faucets before leaving.
It is forbidden to bring weapons, flammable materials, odorous substances, or unauthorized electrical appliances.
10. Cleaning and Linen
Final cleaning is mandatory.
Linen rental: €30.00 per person.
Extra linen changes: €30.00 per person.
Guests must leave the kitchenette, dishes, and refrigerator clean and dispose of all waste before departure.
11. Complaints
Any issues must be promptly reported to management, which will do its best to resolve them.
Complaints about major damages or compensation requests must be reported before departure.
